RUTIL & ANATASE TITANIUM DIOXIDE
TIDIOX R968-Rutile Grade: is an inorganic (SiO2, Al2O3, Zr2O3) and special organic chemicals surface treated rutile grade titanium dioxide. It combines with excellent whiteness and gloss, excellent tinting strength and opacity, high durability, low oil absorption and ease of dispersion in both water and solvent based system. The most advantage is the excellent whiteness with bluish color.
Application: High -level Solvent Type Coating, High gloss paint for interior and exterior wall, industrial paint, Surface Printing Ink, Iron printing Coatinfgs (Ink), powder coatings, plastic masterbatch, profile.
TIDIOX R97 – Rutile Grade is an inorganic (SiO2, Al2O3) and special organic chemicals surface treated rutile grade titanium dioxide. It combines with high whiteness, high gloss, excellent tinting strength and weather durability, low oil absorption and ease of dispersion in both water and solvent based system.
Application: It is widely used into paints, coating, print ink, paper industry, plastic, synthetic fiber, textile, printing and dyeing, PVC pipe, Master batch etc and it is designed as an multifunction application used white pigment
TIDIOX R96 – Rutile Grade: is general use, multi-purpose rutile titanium dioxide pigment coated with dense ZrO₂ & Al₂O₃ and special organic surface treatment. Products quality are very close to international advanced chloride process TiO₂ products, having extreme whiteness and gloss, blue undertone, superfine particle size & narrow size- distribution, great UV-absorbing capacity, outstanding weatherability and chalk resistance, excellent hiding power and tinting strength, very good dispersion and stability. The products also show high gloss retention and tint retention, ensuring long term on exposure to weather conditions.
Application: Rutile Titanium Dioxide pigments is high grade, general use, multi-purpose product, widely used in industries such as high grade indoor & outdoor coatings, interior and exterior latex paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings, plastics (PVC, PE, polysty-rene and polyurethane etc.), masterbatch, PVC profile, rubber, high-grade printing ink and paper making, etc.
ANATASE P101-Anatase Grade:
Application: Can be used in indoor water based decorative paints, ceiling paints, soap, rubber, paper, leather and ceramic.
ANATASE P168-Anatase Grade: Anatase type produced with advanced technology,having good pigment properties, purely bright appearance(bluish), excellent tint reducing and hiding power, strong scattering power,superior dispersion,low content of harmful material, homogeneous and narrow sizes of particles.
Application:Widely used in high quality paints, print ink, powder coating ,paper, fiber, plastic, rubber etc. And it is also can be used into food additive, medicine, cosmetic,etc.
FILLERS
KAOSIL BS 20 – Functional Pigment Extender: BS20 calcined kaolin is a grade with high brightness, super fine particle distribution and high oil absorption. It is providing excellent opacity and tinting ability in coating formula-tion performing as extender of titanium dioxide. It is providing good insulation power for thermal paper.
Main application: Coating, paper.
KAOSIL BS 80 – Functional Pigment Extender: BS80 calcined kaolin is a popular type grade with high brightness, reasonable particle distribution and medium oil absorption. It is providing good opacity and tinting ability in coating formulation performing as extender of titanium dioxide. It is also high cost effective functional filler for paper, plastic, rubber, electrical wire etc.
Main application: Coating, paper, plastic, rubber, electrical wire.
TALC -Talcum Powder: Talc is a mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. In loose form, it is the widely used substance known as talcum powder. It occurs as foliated to fibrous masses, its monoclinic crystals being so rare as to be almost unknown. It has a perfect basal cleavage, and the folia are non-elastic, although slightly flexible. It is sectile and very soft, with a hardness of 1 (Talc is the softest of the Mohs’ scale of mineral hardness, and can be easily scratched by a fingernail). It has a specific gravity of 2.5-2.8, a clear or dusty luster, and is translucent to opaque. Talc is not soluble in water, but it is slightly soluble in dilute mineral acids. Its colour ranges from white to grey or green and it has a distinctly greasy feel. Its streak is white.
BARITE – Pure Barium Sulphate: We have Baryte products which provide all the needs of paint industry. Our products with high purity and density are chemically inert. The Baryte with low oil absorption and narrow particle size distribution is successfully used in industrial Coating, epoxy Coating and powder Coating applications. It is also preferred to use in road line paint , floor coverings as it has high mechanical strength features.
BLANC FIXE – Synthetic Precipitated Barium Sulphate: BLANC FIXE L micro is a functional extender for paints and coatings with maximum gloss and brilliance standards. Despite its extremely fine particle size, BLANC FIXE L micro can be dispersed relatively easy. BLANC FIXE L micro is totally inert under normal conditions, and possesses high resistance to outdoor exposure and to chemicals.
CALCIUM CARBONATE: Calcium carbonate grades will let paint formulators to save TiO2, while adding optimum solutions to paint chemistry without absorbing extra binders, with the help of nano scale particles.
THICKENERS
BERMOCOLL EBS 451 FQ: is a non-ionic, water soluble cellulose ether with enhanced enzyme resistance. It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products. Viscosity at 20 °C (Brookfield LV), 1% solution 3000-4000 mPa.s
BERMOCOLL EM 7000 FQ: is a non-ionic, water soluble cellulose ether. It improves the consistency, the stability, and the water retention of water based products. Viscosity at 20 °C (Brookfield LV), 1% solution 6000-8000 mPa.s
CELLOVIS 100 H: (Enzyme resistant type product) is medium viscosity hydroxyl ethyl cellulose ethers designed for use in a wide range of paint & coating applications. Easily dispersible in cold water.
CELLOVIS 30 H: (Enzyme resistant type product) is medium viscosity hydroxyl ethyl cellulose ethers designed for use in a wide range of paint & coating applications. Easily dispersible in cold water.

LIQUID THICKENERS
VESMODY U 604 – Polyurethane Thickener %25 Solid cont: is a nonionic urethane rheology modifier, a suitable thickening agent for any waterborne painting system, especially for architectural coating and industry coating. Vesmody® U604 is an efficient pseudoplastic PU thickener, it allows the formulation of paints with an excellent balance between flow and sag. It can be used as a cothickener with Vesmody® U300 in many types of formulations for attaining a desired balance of low and high shear viscosities. Vesmody® U604 has excellent stableness to colorant in formulations; it is eminently suitable in pigmented paint.
VESMODY U 300 – Polyurethane Thickener %20 Solid cont: Vesmody U300 is a nonionic urethane rheology modifier, a suitable thickening agent for any waterborne painting system, especially for architectural coating, industry coating, Wood coatings as well as water-based ink. Vesmody U300 is an efficient rheology modifier allows formulating paints with a Newtonian rheology profile with excellent flow and leveling. Vesmody U300 is prepared with specific UnicapTM technology of Wanhua. It is ultra-low VOC, ultra-low odor, free of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO), tin compound and any organic solvent, is specifically designed for applications where a low odor or low VOC is required.
Acrylic Thickener: Acrylic thickener for paint, textile, flocking and coating applications.
Application: Acrylic thickener is resistant to the shear force which may occur because of high stirring speeds.
ACRYLIC DISPERSIONS
STYRENE ACRYLIC COPOLYMER S50: The consumption of Styrene Acrylic Copolymer S50 in a paint formulation depends on pigment and filler quantities. The recommended amount is approx. 10 –15 % for interior and approx. 20 – 30 % for exterior paints. The film forming temperature (MFFT) may be adjusted by adding the coalescent agents.
STYRENE ACRYLIC COPOLYMER (FLEXIBLE) S 50F: Can be used in interior, exterior water based decorative paints, Mastics, primers, coatings, putty can be mixed with hard fillers, very good water resistance, elastic.
PURE ACRYLIC COPOLYMER CB 400: Universal acrylic binder for high performance water-based coatings, outdoor systems, gloss, deep-tone, textured and wood paints.
BIOCIDES
IN CAN PRESERVATIVE-BIOPOL JM 15: BIOPOL JM 15 is a broad spectrum biocide based on CMIT/MIT and O-formal, specifically developed for protection of waterborne technical products in wet state from microbial growth. Product benefits: Long term preservation and quick biocide activity, cost-effective and good head space protection.
Application: BIOPOL JM 15 is an excellent in-can preservative for protection of water based products from bacterial, fungal and algal growth such as dispersion paints, plasters, polymer emulsions, glues, adhesives, sealants, detergent and household formulations, among other technical products. Its balanced composition combines long terms preservation and quick biocide activity. It has excellent hot climate stability.

DRY-FILM PRESERVATIVES- FUNGIPOL CP 237: Fungicide and algaecide based on a dispersion of OIT, Carbendazim and Diuron micro-encapsulated.
Greater resistance to alkalis, UV light and leaching, Effective controlling fungi, molds, yeasts and algae, Recommended for interior and exterior, Low VOC content.
Application: Paints and coatings, Masonry materials and Technical products.
PH STABILIZER
Potassium carbonate (potash) has the chemical formula K2CO3, is a white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Potash is not toxic, fire and explosion safe, has alkaline properties. Potash is used for the production of refractory glass or crystal, in the production of paint and varnish products for the photography, as an additive in the mortar to reduce the freezing point of the liquid soap in the production of fire extinguishing means, of fire protection for wood products. Also potash is used in compound feeds for broiler chickens.
ANTI-FOAMING AGENT
BYK-037 is VOC-free defoamer on the basis of a mineral oil emulsion for aqueous emulsion paints, plasters and adhesives. Contains silicone.
Application: The defoamer is used in all emulsion paints and plasters, especially in PVC ranges between 50 and 85. It features an excellent cost/performance ratio and contains a paint-compatible silicone that reinforces the defoaming effect. The defoamer is particularly recommended for emulsion paints / exterior wall paints and emulsion plasters. It may also be used in the production of emulsion binders.
BYK-012 is VOC-free and silicone-free defoamer on polymer-basis for aqueous coatings, adhesives, and paper coatings. Particularly suitable for premium high-gloss architectural coatings. Optimal effect despite addition of smallest amounts only.
Application: BYK-012 is especially recommended as a defoamer in the preparation and application of emulsion paints and plasters within a PVC range of 30-85. The additive is free of silicones and mineral oil, and is especially suitable for VOC-free systems. It exhibits an optimal effect at the lowest dosage, is stable to acids and alkalis, and can be used in the pH range 3-12. BYK-012 can lead to turbidity and seeding in clear coatings.
BYK-022 is VOC-free silicone-containing defoamer for aqueous coatings, printing inks and adhesives. Also effective against microfoam.
Application: BYK-022 is particularly suitable for pigmented high gloss emulsion systems based on styrene acrylate, acrylate or acrylate/polyurethane with a pigment volume concentration of 18–25. Also effective against microfoam
BYK-1640 is Polymer-based, VOC- and silicone-free defoamer for aqueous coatings, printing inks, adhesives, paper coatings and construction chemicals. Optimum performance at the lowest dosage.
Application: BYK-1640 is a very versatile defoamer for aqueous systems. The additive is especially recommended for use in the production and application of emulsion paints and plasters within a PVC range of 30-85. The additive is free of silicones and mineral oil, and is especially suitable for VOC-free systems. BYK-1640 can be used in aqueous systems in the can coatings field. It has a spontaneous defoaming effect and is also suitable for preventing microfoam. The additive shows very good compatibility, and can also be post-added. In coil coating systems, BYK-1640 can be used both in the millbase and be post-added.

Application: It can be effectively used in vinyl acetate homopolymers and copolymers and terpoly-mers latex, and acrylic, styrene and viny poly d, vinyl acetate latex. When it is used in latex paint and coating it has good resin compatibility and it is safe. Efficient and appli-cable to all types of synthetic resin and a new type of letex paint film forming agent.
GLYCOL
MONOETHYLENEGLYCOL – Anti Freezing agent is obtained from the reaction of ethylene oxide and water. It is a clear, transparent and odorless liquid that can be mixed with water in any proportion.

DISPERSING & WETTING AGENTS
DISPERBYK-190 is VOC and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives. Standard additive for binder-free pigment concentrates. Suitable for all pigments.
Application:
DISPERBYK-199 is VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive for stabilizing organic and inorganic pigments in aqueous coatings, adhesives, pigment concentrates and care products.
Application: DISPERBYK-199 uses electrosteric stabilization to deflocculate the pigments. As a result of the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, high levels of gloss can be achieved and the color strength is improved. Transparency and hiding power are also increased and viscosity is reduced. In this way, the flow characteristics are also improved and a higher pigment load is possible. The additive represents an alternative to the polyelectrolyte-based and high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives that are usually used in aqueous systems and is suitable for both inorganic and organic pigments
DISPERBYK-2061 is VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous and glycol-containing organic pigment concentrates to color aqueous and solvent-borne architectural coatings.
Application: Using DISPERBYK-2061, aqueous and glycol-containing pigment concentrates can be produced. The additive is particularly suitable for organic pigments and carbon blacks. These pigment concentrates are used as binder-free universal colorants to color aqueous and solvent-borne coating systems, predominantly for the architectural coatings field. The pigment concentrates based on DISPERBYK-2061 display a broad compatibility in the most diverse coating systems. These include aqueous alkyd resins or alkyd resin emulsions, acrylate, vinyl acetate, siloxane resin and polyurethane dispersions (blends, e.g. alkyd/polyurethane), and solvent-borne long oil alkyd coatings, even those that are aromatic-free and high solids, and thermoplastic acrylic resin systems (TPA). In addition to exceptional color strength and excellent rub-out properties, pigment concentrates with DISPERBYK-2061 display no negative influence on the coating viscosity or the drying behavior. The additive is VOC-free and contains no alkylphenol ethoxylates.
DISPO DW A40 – Water Based Dispersant
Application: Used for dispersing of pigments and fillers in water based paint systems. Prevents sedimentation , improve storage stability.Compatible with all known polymer emulsions and anionic rheology agents.
Using amount: Using amount in paint application is around 0,30 % – 1,00 %
CALGON SHMP – SHMP
Application: Used as a sequeatering, dispersing, deflocculating agent, and as a coating agent to form a thin passivating. Film that protects metals from corrosion; Industrial water treatment; and can be used in continuously recycled industrial water as a softener; Calgon SHMP is used in the textile industry or industrial cleanning andas dispersion in pigmenting and dyeing operations. It is also used in oil well drilling.
