They offers an extremely fast plating rate to achieve minimum plating thickness, while depositing coatings that are extraordinarily bright, and levelled. ZETAPLUS is an ammonium free process line for acid Zinc plating. It is characterised by excellent brightness, throwing power, levelling and metal distribution. ZETAPLUS Zinc layers are very ductile. They produce excellent results on cast iron parts. Plus, the electrolyte provides a very high temperature stability. The processes of ZETAPLUS line can be post-treated with all conventional passivates and are suitable for rack and barrel application.

FINIDIP is a process line in the trivalent passivation range for Zinc and Zinc alloys of a black, yellow, white or green colour. These formulations protects the sacrificial Zn or Zn-Alloy base coat from corrosion and acts as conversion layer between the Zn (Zn-alloy) and the top coat.

FINIGARD products are mineral and organo-mineral topcoats with highly active and permeable layers that maintain proper water content in the critical passivated or chromated films. This maintains the self-healing properties and enhances corrosion resistance, even in difficult environments.

Products from FINIGARD line can be applied on clear, black and yellow films over both zinc and zinc alloy and deliver the desired results consistently. All FINIGARDs are free from Cr (VI) and any hazardous compound.

The FINILUBE is a line of protective wax processes that can be applied on zinc plated surfaces and objects passivated with and without a FINIGARD, LANTHANE or ZINTHIUM Sealer. Uniform and regular aspect is one of the major advantages among so many others of the FINILUBE Line. The FINILUBE processes give the passivation film a good resistance to deformation in case of deposit and passivation stretching during the possible following bending of the treated object (ex. Flexible tubes).
They strengthen the resistance to corrosion features even after thermic shocks and do not change the colour and aspect of the treated objects.

The POSTDIP Line includes hexavalent chromium-free protective processes. They improve aspect, brightness, colour depth and corrosion resistance of black, blue and iridescent passivation films based on trivalent chromium, zinc and zinc alloys deposits.POST DIP processes have exceptional heat resistance and bath life. They are easy to tailor to unique operating characteristics of any given installation, or piece of operating equipment. Effective with all LANTHANE and FINIDIP trivalent black passivate films, POST DIP processes can be adapted for both barrel and rack system.
